Safrex International (Pvt) Ltd entered the professional hi-tech electronic security market in 1989 with the introduction of basic hi-tech electronic security systems for Industrial and residential use. From the onset we targeted our success through a program of ongoing market research, development and improvement to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction in every aspect. We believe this is why “SAFREX” has become recognized as the number 1 local supplier of latest hi-tech security equipment/ systems in the space of a few years.

‘SAFREX’ was originally established in 1989 as partnership company and subsequently established as a limited liability company in 1995. In this period we are proud to state that we have carried-out some of the largest installations in CCTV, Security alarm, Access Control systems and many other security related systems quite successfully. The success behind the company is our well experienced and totally dedicated staff who has competence and to evaluate, design and install any type of security / surveillance system.

We are proud to state we have served some of the top private and government institutions in Sri lanka (Presidential Secretariat, Ministry of Defense, Police Department, Sri Lanka Army, STF, Peoples Bank, HSBC, Standard charted Bank, DFCC, Pan Asia Bank, National Servings Bank, World Trade Center, Celltel, Suntel, Embassy of Norway, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Qatar, Kuwait, Indian High Commission, European Commission and many foreign diplomatic missions) for past fifteen years.

In year 2000, we were chosen to cover the total security (CCTV, Security Alarm, Access Control and Fire detection) for HSBC Maldives branch and currently we are introducing the state of technology wireless remote surveillance Camera system to cover all their off-site ATMs and all HSBC bank branches.

Our subsidiary company M/s Systems + UK Ltd’ are based in Bournemouth, UK currently catering to the European market and trading with international business. Our local associate company M/s Solutions Direct (Pvt) Ltd., It related company has been at the forefront of IT/Security business for last seven years, with whime we have carried-out many projects locally as well as overseas.

All our staff is well trained (some of the engineers are overseas factory trained) and has been with us for last 10-12 years. Please note all our staff is permanently employed and currently we have 28 well trained technicians, 04 Systems Engineers, 04 Asst. ENGINEERS AND 02 Software Engineers who are competent to evaluate, design, maintain and carry-out all types installation for total satisfaction of the client.
